We teach a continuing curriculum of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu each week at our dojo. Classes consist of functional fitness, warm up, stretching, technical instruction, positional sparring and free rolling.
Each week a specific technical aspect of BJJ is taught on a rotating basis. The self defense aspect and application of each technique will be explained. You will learn and work through top game, the guard, open guard, escapes from side control, from mount etc. We practice the techniques in positional sparring and then, end the class with free rolling.
For new students, we will show you how to do the basic warm ups and standard Jiu-Jitsu moves on an individual basis in your first few classes so you can fully participate in class as quickly as possible.
Within a few months of training you will be stronger more flexible and know the basics of Jiu-Jitsu
